The Old membrane had been leaking for years and the owner came to the conclusion that what he was trieng to do himself just wasnt working. H called us at AASAP and after a close inspection we determined that the ols Modified Bitumen Flat roof system needed to be completely replaced. We removed the old membrane down to the decking. Replaced the rotted decking. installed new custom made flashing, installed new primed perimeter gravel gard and installed a new cap sheet. Had a big rain the following day. when the owner was contacted to check on the workmanship he was delighted that the leak no longer existed. The job was completed in one day.
